DirtCheapLists.com offers credit-based subscription access to our consumer and business lead databases. Because subscribers receive immediate, downloadable access to data the moment payment clears, our refund policy is straightforward and consistent with industry standards for digital data products.
All subscriptions are non-refundable and no pro-rated refunds will be given. This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, plan upgrades, and any one-time payments for additional credits or increased download limits.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the member dashboard at your billing page. Once you cancel, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing cycle. After that date no further charges will be made and your access will lapse.
Please cancel at least three business days before the end of your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellations made after a renewal charge has been processed do not entitle you to a refund of that charge.
Lead credits roll forward for up to six monthly billing cycles. Unused credits expire after that window. Credit rollover is a feature of active paid subscriptions; if you cancel, any unused credits remain available through the end of the current billing cycle and then expire with the subscription.
Accounts suspected of abuse — including but not limited to data scraping, account sharing, redistribution of records, or other violations of our Terms of Service — may be suspended or cancelled without refund at the sole discretion of DirtCheapLists.com.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@dirtcheaplists.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond to all support inquiries within one business day and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. DirtCheapLists.com is operated by Some Corporation.
